MEDIA ADVISORY: MARKS IS ONLY FINALIST FOR PRESIDENCY
Dr. Bobby K. Marks, interim president at Sam Houston State University since Oct. 16, 1995, is the apparent next president of the University, as a result of action taken Thursday by The Texas State University System Board of Regents.
The regents voted unanimously to name Marks as the only finalist for the position during their regular quarterly meeting in San Marcos.
Additional details will be announced as they are released by the regents.
