"Am I a Crook?'Teleconference Explores Internet Copyright IssuesAs more students, staff and faculty use the Internet for research, determining when downloaded material is copyrighted and when one may lawfully include certain materials in an online course or on web pages is increasingly difficult. This topic will be explored in a PBS teleconference slated for 1:30 to 3 p.m. April 2 in room C215 or the Criminal Justice Center.
The event is co-sponsored by the Newton Gresham Library and the College of Criminal Justice.
Issues addressed by the teleconference include:
Three authorities in intellectual property will sit on the panel.
