Career Services Announces
Three Upcoming Job Fairs

A Summer Camp/Summer Job Fair, Teacher Job Fair, and Business and Government Job Fair have all been scheduled by the Sam Houston State University Office of Career Services.

Approximately 25 companies will be represented at the Summer Camp/Summer Job Fair from noon to 4 p.m. Monday, Feb. 23. Representatives are expected from Splashtown USA, Conroe Parks and Recreation, YMCA campus and several local summer camp facilities.

More than 100 school districts are expeted for the Teacher Job Fair from 1 - 4 p.m. Tuesday, March 3.

"The Teacher Job Fair, held each semester, routinely produces very favorable results for SHSU students and alumni," said Blake Dicke, student public relations assistant in Career Services.

Representatives from various accounting firms, sheriff's departments, marketing firms and military branches will be on hand on Thursday, April 9, from noon to 4 p.m. in the Johnson Coliseum, for the Business and Government Career Fair.
