A 57-7 Bearkat victory over Southeastern Louisiana was the perfect ending to Sam Houston State University's 100th homecoming on Saturday. Here are some of the highlights:

Seniors Callie Walker and Hector Menendez were crowned Homecoming queen and king during the halftime activities.

Sammy tackles the ROTC tradition of doing pushups for each point scored by the Bearkats (57!).

Tim Flanders carried 20 times for 141 yards and two touchdowns to become the first Sam Houston running back in school history to rush for more than 100 yards in five consecutive games.

Athletes from all sports showed up at halftime to support associate athletic director for student services
Chris Thompson, who will be inducted into this year's hall of honor.
