Members of SHSU Police Deparment Receive Honors

Sam Houston State police officer David Holleman, left, Lt. John Dean, middle, and Charles Tackett, chief of police, were presented awards recently by Mothers Against Drunk Driving for their efforts to cut back on drinking and driving. Holleman and Dean were recognized for their ability to enforce drunk driving offenses and Tackett accepted the award given to the department for its accomplishments.
