SHSU's Campus Callers recently wrapped
up their third year of the Annual Fund phonathon, raising
a record $100,000 in pledges for the spring and $171,000
for the year. Top callers for the spring were, from
left, Qiana Lee with $12,195, Krista Lutz with $13,005
and April Sanders with $15,485. The funds go directly
to academic departments, student scholarships and faculty
development. In addition to asking for donations, the
callers visit with alumni and give updates on the campus.
